TO ORDER
Once you've found something you like and wish to make a purchase,
1) Kindly email us at mvscloset@gmail.com
2) Your 'Subject' should include the item you're interested in, and your 'e-mail body' should include the item's details, color, Qty.
TO PAY (Once we've corresponded and agreed on payment, you can pay either through )
1) POSB / OCBC Funds Transfer (preferred).
2) Interbank Transfer.
3) ATM

Upon receiving your payment, we will send your items out ASAP :)
1) Postage prices will vary (depending on the weight).
Normal charges will be $1.50 per item, $0.50 extra for each additional item.
2) Registered mail is always encouraged (it costs $2.24 more on top of normal postage).
3) FREE LOCAL POSTAGE FOR ORDERS ABOVE SGD$100.
TERMS & CONDITIONS (Please take some time to read this)
1) We will not be held responsible for lost parcels mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.
2) We do not do reservations of items.
3) Receiving an invoice will allow reservation of the item for 24hrs, and payment must be made within this time frame to secure your purchase.
4) Prices are non negotiable.
5) All PAYMENT transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot (no scans allowed as they can be digital amended) of your transaction receipt. We reserve all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refunds will be made as well.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We fully understand the importance of handling your returned goods and resolving the issue within 2 working days of receiving it hence we need your kind cooperation with us to facilitate the process.
1) We do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item received is defected.
2) Exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase date.
3) There will be no exchanges for apparel after wash.
4) If the item received is defected, kindly enclose a picture of the defect via email.
5) No cash refunds are allowed for all returned goods except for incorrect item sent.
- The returned goods are your responsibility until they reached our office.
- We strongly recommend you to opt for a postage service that allows tracking of parcel.
Please attach the Returns Note and mail the item[s] back to our office written on the returns note.
♥ SHIPPING & HANDLING Guidelines ♥
MVS CLOSET parcels are fully handled by Singapore Post Office. Orders placed and paid will begin processing the next working day, excluding public holidays.
Please take note that we do not provide WEEKEND and public holidays delivery service as Singapore PO not longer work on weekend.

* All charges listed above exclude SGD $2.24 registered parcel for tracking purpose.
** MVS CLOSET will not be held liable for any lost parcel through a shipping method with non-tracking capability. We strongly advise local shoppers to opt for registered shipping method.

Registered Article
SGD 1 - 1.50 + $2.24 If you are not around when the parcel was being delivered, the postman will leave a collection slip for you to pick the parcel up at your nearest post office.

SGD 9.00 delivered within 8 working days.
Hong Kong
SGD 6.50 delivered within 8 - 10 working days.
